Based on your needs and aspirations, I will use one of the following healing modalities for each session:

Energy Psychology:


Energy Psychology allows you to gently transmute your sufferings (stress, anxiety, overwhelm, depression, trauma, …,) so you may live with serenity at heart.

It is a short term therapy based in modern Psychology and ancient Oriental Medicine.

Acupuncture meridians are like rivers of life force in the body. Repressed sufferings block this energy flow, in time it is detrimental to our well being and health.
When the flow of life force is restored, moves freely within the body, we feel balanced physically, emotionally and spiritually.


During an Energy Psychology session, i will show you how to tap lightly with your fingers, a specific sequence of acupuncture points (algorithms), to transmute your sufferings and restore your well being.

I studied Thought Field Therapy (TFT) under Suzanne Connolly LCSW, founded in 1980 in the US by Doctor Roger Callahan who was a Psychologist.
I also create my own algorithms thanks to my knowledge in Oriental Medicine and with the support of one of my teachers who is an acupuncturist.
I am deepening my knowledge in Energy Psychology (EP) with Fred Gallo who is a Psychologist.

Conscious Living Coaching invites you to awaken to your full potential. It consists of enjoying a profond happiness and well being, while living a meaningful life. It also allows you to be wisely resourceful and resilient in the midst of Life.

It is short term therapy based on Positive Psychology and Oriental Medicine-Philosophies.

According to Dr Martin Seligman, the founder of Positive Psychology, Flourishing-awakening to our full potential includes Positive Emotions, Engagement, Positive Relationships, Meaning and Accomplishments. It also allows you to be wisely resourceful and resilient in the midst of Life.

Oriental Medicine-Philosophies share many similar and life principles.


During a Conscious Living Coaching session, to assist you in
enjoying a profond well being while living a meaningful life, i will listen to your intentions then, guide you through Positive Psychology and Mindfulness exercises, applicable right away to your daily life.


Here are aspects typically addressed:

• Living Mindfully: Being present to oneself, others and Life allows us to profoundly savor our life and deepen the quality of our life.

• Flourishing while enjoying a meaningful life-Positive Psychology :
Positive Emotions: Enhancing positive emotions allows to live with “joie de vivre” (joy of living), optimism and be resourceful in the midst of Life
Engagement: Discovering and expressing one’s qualities, values, virtues in all areas of life, allows to live authentically, be fully present and engaged in life
Positive Relationships: We are social beings. Mutually appreciative, loving and supportive relationships are essential to personal and social well being
Meaning: Having a positive impact in all aspects of life, while expressing one’s qualities, values and virtues, allows to enjoy a deeply satisfying and meaningful life
Accomplishments: Intrinsic goals, accomplishments (academic, home, work, leisure…) leads to a deep sense of satisfaction

Enjoying an individualized self care practice: Caring for one's body, mind and spirit, which varies with the seasons and the years, allows to feel balanced in the midst of Life

• Embracing each season of life: Embracing, versus resisting Adolescence, adulthood, maturity, end of life, allows us to live these phases of Life, these rites of passage with serenity, wisdom and grace

• Developing one's Intuition: It allows us to feel profoundly connected to everyone and everything, with compassion, respect and clarity at heart.

Everybody is intuitive, it is called our 6 sense, yes like our sight, earring, smell, taste and touch. Some people are in touch with their intuition, others are not.

I have essential principles in regards to intuition development, which i share with my clients-students: Integrity, compassion, cespect and clarity at heart.
Everybody has hers or his unique way to access intuition which i respect, nurture and enhance.

Together we will cover the following aspects:
- Developing a profond intuitive connection with Nature and Animals
- Developing a profond intuitive connection with People. Knowing when to remain silent about one’s intuitive insights and when to share them with compassion, respect and clarity at heart
- Developing a profond intuitive connection with places
- Developing a profond intuitive Life connection, to make wise life decisions

Oriental Medicine and Philosophies: Ayurvedic, Chinese, Japanese, Tibetan, Korean …
These are an integrated part of my daily life.
