I feel a deep reverence for the Earth as she offers us an abundance of splendid seasonal organic produce, so we may enjoy a healthy body, mind and spirit, throughout our entire Life.
Since 1985, I love creating healthy, delicious, beautiful, gourmet Cuisine.
I consider cooking an Art form, cooking for others a gesture of Love and eating with others a heartfelt connectedness so essential to our well being.
My private classes are an invitation to creatively integrate more organic fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, whole grains, spices …. in your Life.
Vegans, Vegetarians & non-Vegetarians are warmly welcomed. All recipes are low glycemic & gluten free
Setting up your Healthy Kitchen:
During this Class, I will:
• Help you set up your healthy kitchen
• Introduce you to healthy, low glycemic & gluten free ingredients
• Encourage you to take a good care of yourself and your loved ones (family, friends ....) with Healthy Cuisine
• Time: 1 hour
• Where: Online (skype or zoom)
• Fee: $70 per hour. You might need 1 to 3 hours depending on your needs
