My Professional Path
I was born in Paris in 1967. I've always been intuitive, use this gift with compassion with humans, animals, nature and places.
I feel a profound reverence for Life and all beings in it. Living mindfully has been my guiding principle throughout my Life.
In 1985, I decided to pursue a career in the Holistic Medicine field to support my clients' well being and invite them to fully enjoy their life.
For the first 3 years in Paris I studied Aikido, Meditation and Shiatsu with a Japanese Master: Maitre Noro. Hatha Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation with Chantal Pohu and Philippe De Falois from "La Federation Française de Yoga" in Paris. Then in the US, I studied Yoga extensively at the Sivananda Center in New York (advanced level), and with Rodney Yee in Piedmont CA (advanced level), Qigong with various teachers.
I became certified as a Holistic Practitioner, Health Educator, CMT (Certified Massage Therapist), Sport Massage Therapist, CBT (Certified Bowen Therapist), Acupressure Therapist, Acu-Yoga Teacher, Marma Therapist (Ayurvedic Healing), Pranic Healer, TT (Therapeutic Touch Therapist), Reiki Master (for both people & animals), Ayurvedic Practitioner for dogs, Spiritual Counselor, Biodynamic Psychology & Psychotherapy Therapist, TFT (Thought Field Therapist), Energy Psychology Therapist, Positive Mindfulness Program (Flourishing thanks to Positive Psychology & Mindfulness), Positive Psychology Practitioner.
All my life I have been fascinated by the health benefits of seasonal, organic whole foods, a common wisdom in all traditions. Basically, the closer we eat from nature, the healthier and more at peace we are. I started to study with Shelton (Natural Hygiene) and Dr Valnet.
Over the years, I’ve expanded my knowledge about Healthy Nutrition through various Vegetarian, Macrobiotic, Vegan, Oriental Medicine, Rawfood and Ayurvedic teachers.
I became certified as a Health Educator, Living Food Lifestyle Coach & Personal Chef, Conscious Eating Educator & Chef, Vegan Fusion Cuisine Chef. I also graduated from the Matthew Kenney Plant Based Culinary Academy.
I am fond of healthy, delicious & beautiful Plant Based Cuisine, infused with Joie de vivre.

I live in Provence, in the South of France with my husband and my sweet dog: Tashi. We enjoy an Eco-friendly, healthy and Conscious lifestyle. I love caring for our land, planting organic flowers, fruits trees and vegetables.
All these years, for rejuvenation and spiritual growth, I love Being in nature while either:
• Enjoying the Japanese Nature Art of Shinrin-Yoku. It invites us to be in Nature mindfully, consciously. It starts by pausing, emptying oneself, then entering Nature with reverence at heart, in silence, walking slowly or pausing or siting, infusing ourselves with Nature’s wonders through our 5 senses. Such practice profoundly rejuvenates us.
• Playing flutes
• Dancing freely
• Swimming in the Sea, Lacs …
• Practicing Qigong (Medical and Shaolin), Pilates, Yoga and Meditation
